Two Senior Citizens Celebrate 100 and 101 Birthdays
Antoinette Ruffo turned 100 and Palagrina DeLuca turned 101 years old.
Two senior citizens recently celebrated their 100 and 101 birthdays.
Antoinette Ruffo, a resident at the Seabury nursing home, was born on Sept. 9, 1911 to Lucia and Donato Cicceni, who emigrated to the USA from San Denato, Italy. Ruffo was a wife, mother and a business woman who still likes to read. Her family says she continues to be dedication to her family.
Palagrina DeLuca of Yorktown, who celebrated her 101st birthday, has been an active member of the Yorktown Community and Cultural Center senior group for nearly a decade and has been helping those in need.
