Established in 2009, Augie's Prime Cut is a classy and gorgeously decorated steak and seafood establishment. The restaurant is located on Lexington Avenue near the intersection of Route 6 Main Street and is owned by Cortlandt Manor resident Audrey Hochroth. The woman who runs this place has the social skills of Torquemada. I don't understand why people would pay top dollar to suffer degradation and abuse just to eat a steak which can be purchased at the supermarket and cooked at home just as well.
Great food!! Great staff!! Great atmosphere!! Augie's has always provided a wonderful dining experience. We have also found that giving Augie's gift cards to family and friends have been truly appreciated.

Best steaks I ever had..Salmon is out of this world..Try the steamers for an appetizer, yum..Yet to try anything else but the steaks because it is a steakhouse,but i'm sure I won't be disappointed..My family members who don't like steak rave about this place..# 1 on my list
My family loves this place! My brother in law, who has just finished treatment for throat cancer, hasn't eaten anything by mouth for 6 months, says that his stomach anxiously awaits a nice sirloin from Augie's!!! See you all soon!

Couldn't ask for a finer restaurant! Easily accessible, warm, friendly and charming! Food, drink and dessert - top of the line BEST!!! Waitstaff is exceptional, but then, what did you expect?? I've been there for Sunday Brunch, a Saturday afternoon lunch and many dinners - still (and always will be!) my all time favorite.
My husband and I love love Augie's. We treat ourselves every 6 to 8 weeks at Augie's. Our favorite waiter is Matt. We are alway's remembered when we come in. The steaks are mouth watering, the bacon appetizer is yummy and the creme brulee is delightfully light.
